Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited anywhere on school property:
- All tobacco products (including smoking or vaping)
- Alcohol or any other illicit substances
- Animals (service animals exempt)
- Weapons or tools that can be used as weapons
- Professional recording devices, including but not limited to: tripods, monopods, selfie sticks.
- Food
- Drinks other than water
- Backpacks or oversized bags
- Flowers (they may be left at the table in front or in the lobby)
- Balloons (they may be left at the table in front or in the lobby)
General Policies
- No guests or family members are permitted in the backstage areas.
- No photography or recording of any kind is permitted.
- All phones and other noise making devices must be turned to silent before the show begins.
- Patrons who are late to a performance will be seated in the late seating section until intermission so as not to disturb other patrons or performers while finding their seat. Late seating will be permitted at the discretion of the staff.
- All patrons must have a ticket to enter the PAC.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring in a water bottle?
Yes! But the water bottle must be in a clear or translucent, closing bottle. Docents and staff must be able to quickly identify that the liquid is water.
Can I bring snacks?
No! No food is permitted in the building.
Will the show really start on time?
We make every effort to start our performances on time. Help us start on time by arriving early!
Where can I meet the performers after the show?
Performers will come to greet you outside of the main lobby doors.
Does the PAC have ADA access?
Yes! Please speak with our docents if you need access to the ADA lift.
Is there a lost and found?
After the performance all lost and found items will be taken to the Santa Susana High School main office.
When will the box office open?
The box office will open one hour prior to the performance.
Will I save money if I wait to buy my ticket at the box office on the day of the performance?
No! Tickets are the same price if you purchase online ahead of time or at the box office.
Can I exchange or refund my ticket?
